Return policy
Because our oStiletas are underwear and to ensure that what you receive is new, we do not accept returns or exchanges, that is why we suggest that if you have questions about your size you can contact our team at the e-mail hola@stiletas.com
Only in the case that the underwear has a manufacturing defect you will have a period of 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to make your request to hola@stiletas.com with the following information:
-Subject of the mail - Return by confection - (Full name of the customer).
-In the text: Order number, product to return and size.
- Attach pictures of the underwear.
The return shipping fee will be waived for returns for store credit.
Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on a oSTILETAS Gift Card and no return shipping fee will apply.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and linings attached. Include the original order form in your return package. Returns from multiple orders should not be combined and will cause processing delays. If your order was purchased with a gift card, it will only be refunded directly to the gift card.
We ask that you wear underwear when you try on your purchase for the first time.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
oSTILETAS is currently unable to create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
